Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Secretary to join our school’s administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and serving as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update school records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Prepare and distribute letters, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of school communications and notices.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years’ proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Professional, approachable, and discreet.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 180,000
