Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: ₦350,000 monthly

Work Days: 5 days a week (alternate Saturdays inclusive)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily operations with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be smart, efficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while leading a dynamic team to success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and outstanding customer experiences.

Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff, ensuring a positive work environment and high performance.

Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement of salon supplies.

Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.

Develop and execute operational policies and best practices.

Drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.

Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

Resolve any operational or staffing issues proactively.

Requirements

Must have previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role at a reputable salon on Lagos Island.

Strong team management and operations management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative.

Highly attentive to detail with a focus on efficiency.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Smart, well-presented, and professional demeanor.
