Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sell loans to SME clients
- Ensure clients make repayments on their loans when due
- Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
- Convert leads to sales
- Meet the assigned sales target
- Ensure prompt service delivery and maintain an acceptable turnaround time
- Advise clients on new products and services and drive the adoption of the same
- Effectively manage relationships with all clients Give support to the Team Lead
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Degree in a related field
- Great communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
