Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Ibadan. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting and promoting estate properties, negotiating deals, and finalizing sales transactions. Daily tasks include client consultations, property showings, generating sales leads, and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in real estate or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is preferred
