We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the administrative functions of Numero Group. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective office management, and provide support to the group’s leadership and subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general administrative functions across the group.
- Supervise support staff and ensure effective allocation of administrative resources.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems, processes, and policies for efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, record-keeping, and document management.
- Coordinate logistics, office supplies, and facility management.
- Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, staff welfare, and performance management.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Group CEO, Head of Operations, and subsidiary heads.
- Organize company meetings, trainings, and corporate events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in administration or office management (experience in a group/holding company is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
