Job Title: Problem-Solving Integrator – Paid Academic & Nonprofit Engagement
Location: Remote (Outside U.S.)
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours
Compensation: $1,250–$1,750 USD /month base + Commission or bonus per engagement secured
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll serve as our founder's personal representative and content agent, securing $100,000
annually in paid speaking, teaching, and program engagements with universities,
accelerators, and nonprofits. This role requires strategic relationship building, customized
positioning, and persistent follow-through to land high-value opportunities.
Working directly with our founder, you'll research target organizations, craft compelling
proposals, and manage the complete application process for adjunct faculty positions, guest
teaching opportunities, accelerator coaching roles, and speaking engagements. You're
building our founder's academic and nonprofit presence while generating significant
revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Targeting: Research and maintain database of 200+ target organizations
(universities, incubators, accelerators, nonprofits). Identify key decision-makers and optimal
engagement opportunities. Track application deadlines, requirements, and follow-up
schedules
Proposal & Application Management: Submit applications and email decision-makers with
consistent follow-up. Tailor our founder's CV, speaking materials, and positioning for each
opportunity. Create custom bios, cover letters, and promotional materials using AI tools
Relationship Building & Booking: Build relationships with program directors and
decision-makers. Book and manage one-time paid speaking events. Maintain pipeline of
opportunities and track conversion rates
QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong written English communication skills
● Proven experience with AI tools for content creation and automation
● Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly)
● Problem ownership mentality: solution-focused, autonomous, and persistent
● Experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs
● Research and outreach experience (academic, business development, or virtual
assistant roles)
● Excellent writing and portfolio tailoring skills
● Ability to pitch and position a personal brand effectively
● Plus: Understanding of higher ed or accelerator program language and requirements
TOOLS & SOFTWARE
● Notion or Airtable for prospect tracking and pipeline management
● ChatGPT for customizing bios, cover letters, and outreach messages
● Canva for creating personal decks and one-page promotional materials
● LinkedIn Navigator for finding and connecting with decision-makers
● Hunter.io for contact research and email finding
KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS
● 100+ custom outreach messages sent per month
● 4–6 paid opportunities identified and pursued per quarter
● 25% email open and reply rate
● 1–2 accepted/closed engagements per month
● Weekly status reports and updated pipeline dashboard

Pay: ₦1,937,500.00 - ₦2,712,500.00 per month
