Job Summary
The Sales Representative Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the luxury retail shop, leading the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets. The role ensures adherence to brand standards, supervises stock accountability, maintains store presentation, and develops the sales representatives through coaching, training, and performance monitoring. As a frontline leader, the Supervisor represents the prestige of the brand while driving profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Supervision
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular team briefings, product knowledge sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend training or disciplinary action when necessary.
2. Sales & Customer Experience Management
- Support Sales Representatives in upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-value sales.
- Handle VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring they receive exceptional personalized service.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Track customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
3. Store Operations & Standards
- Ensure the store is always immaculate, with luxury-standard cleanliness, ambiance, and display.
- Oversee visual merchandising to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
4. Stock & Inventory Management
- Supervise stock receiving, documentation, and reconciliation with delivery notes.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to prevent losses and discrepancies.
- Monitor product levels, ensuring timely replenishment and effective stock rotation.
- Investigate and report on any stock variances, damages, or shrinkage.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Monitor sales trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor activities.
- Document staff attendance, leave requests, and disciplinary records.
- Provide input for strategic planning, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Brand Representation
- Act as a role model and ambassador for the luxury brand, demonstrating professionalism, elegance, and discretion.
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (luxury or high-end retail preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value transactions.
- High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail management software.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly Net.
