We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals that contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
