CollectionsPro is looking for proactive and customer-driven Sales Representatives to manage client interactions, generate leads, and drive sales through online and in-store engagement. The ideal candidates will be responsible for taking orders, responding to inquiries, handling customer queries, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced wholesale fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Engage with customers primarily through online channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, etc.) and provide in-store support when needed.
- Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients through online outreach, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Respond to all customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely updates on orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Sales Growth: Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities for reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations and product availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or online retail (fashion industry experience is a plus).
- Strong online communication skills, with proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
