As a Sales & Partnerships Executive (Private Sector Lending), you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with payroll aggregators, employers, and HR decision-makers to onboard their employees into our loan ecosystem. You will also source and onboard quality borrowers for our suite of private sector loan products, ensuring end-to-end engagements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, engage, and close partnership opportunities with payroll aggregators, employers, and HR departments.
- Pitch Veend’s loan products to organisations, highlighting benefits to their staff and payroll integration ease. Onboard and manage partner relationships to drive sustained employee participation.

Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Source and convert qualified individuals from the private sector into loan customers.
- Conduct presentations, field visits, and onboarding sessions where necessary. Follow up with leads and ensure complete documentation for seamless processing.

Target Delivery & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly acquisition and disbursement targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipelines, and conversion ratios.

Customer Education & Support:
- Educate prospects on product features, eligibility, and repayment options. Serve as a bridge between customers and credit risk/product teams for feedback and support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in financial services, fintech, or credit/lending organisations.
- Demonstrated experience building B2B partnerships, especially with HR/payroll systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results.
- Familiarity with loan products and the credit lifecycle is a plus.
