The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, increasing revenue, and building brand visibility for Reens Suites & Apartments. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, manage corporate and direct sales, oversee online presence, and ensure guest satisfaction through targeted promotions and strategies. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven professional who understands the hospitality market and can generate both short-term bookings and long-term brand loyalty.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agencies, and online travel agents (OTAs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and partners. Prepare and present proposals and contracts for group bookings or long-term stays.
Marketing:
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the brand and attract bookings.
- Oversee the property’s social media platforms, website content, and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimise listings on OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) to ensure competitiveness. Coordinate photo/video shoots, content creation, and promotional materials.
Revenue & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and guest feedback to adjust pricing and promotions.
- Analyse sales and marketing performance metrics and generate regular reports. Work with management to set monthly/quarterly sales targets and strategies.
Team & Communication:
- Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences aligned with marketing promises.
- Train staff on upselling techniques and guest engagement. Represent the brand at networking events, trade fairs, and conferences when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and/or marketing within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and OTA platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, creative, and self-motivated with strong organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking/CRM platforms.
