Role Overview
Our client, a leader in the recycling sector, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B and B2C sales of recycled physical products such as tiles, bags, and related items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed company revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Create detailed sales plans covering resource allocation, sales channels, and promotional campaigns.
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team to achieve corporate objectives.
Provide regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market positioning.
Set clear team and individual performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a senior position (e.g., Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager).
Sales Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in physical product sales (B2B & B2C).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the recycling or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
