We're Hiring Sales Managers (Remote | Commission-Based | High Recurring Earnings)

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Commission-Based

Earnings:

• $160 per client signed by your team — recurring every month the client stays subscribed

• *Your team members (Sales Representatives) earn $80 per client signed
  

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a sales team to sell our premium $878/month social media growth package . You'll manage and motivate your reps, help assign warm and cold leads, and track performance.

You will have:

• A dedicated Google Drive folder with everything you need:

o Sales Manager Agreement

o Sales funnel

o LinkedIn job post to recruit reps

o Warm & cold lead lists

o #Resources For Sales Reps folder (presentation slides, sales script, training video, marketing visuals)

You’ll manage your team via WhatsApp or Telegram , whichever works best for you.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing or recruiting sales reps

• Solid understanding of commission-based sales

• Confidence in objection handling, follow-ups, and closing deals

• Strong communication and motivation skills

• Ability to hit targets and keep your team focused
