Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Lead based in Lagos. The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying potential customers, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams, and providing sales reports and forecasts. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy, market research, and sales planning
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the financial or real estate industry is a plus
