Job Summary
The Sales Lead is an individual contributor role focused on driving business growth through strategic B2B sales, direct client engagement, and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and convert business opportunities, manage B2B client visits, coordinate with suppliers and vendors for optimal business outcomes, and consistently support the branch’s operational and reporting goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow B2B business and achieve set revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and manage corporate clients, scheduling and conducting regular onsite B2B visits.
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong partnerships with business clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Lead supplier identification, verification, and onboarding in alignment with company standards.
- Organize and participate in supplier and vendor meetings; manage negotiations to secure quality and value.
- Oversee and support the execution of retail activities as required by the branch. Coordinate daily sales activities, tracking pipeline progress and ensuring excellent client service.
- Prepare and present performance, sales, and operational reports—including updates after B2B visits and supplier interactions—for management review.
- Maintain meticulous records of business meetings, supplier engagements, and client interactions.
- Represent the branch at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and relevant teams to streamline sales, operational, and supplier processes.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in all dealings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or supplier/vendor management.
- Demonstrated success in conducting B2B visits, sales negotiations, and supplier interactions.
- Skilled in building relationships, sales strategy implementation, and supplier verification. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong professional presence, polished appearance, and proactive attitude. Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
