JOB SUMMARY :
We're looking for a results-driven Sales/Field Marketer to promote our services, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing client relationships. If you're passionate about sales, marketing, and logistics, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for logistics, courier, and cargo services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and market demands.
4. New Business Development: Identify new opportunities and pitch our services to potential clients, highlighting our unique selling points.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare regular forecasts and reports with insights and recommendations.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to improve services and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
1)Education:
Bachelor’s degree, HND, ND, or NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2)Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing within logistics, courier, or cargo industry, with a proven track record.
3)Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong market knowledge and analytical ability.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
4) Personal Qualities:
Results-driven and target-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to travel.
