Job Purpose
The Sales Executive / Travel Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s travel services, including tour packages, study abroad programs, work/residence permit visa assistance, and flight tickets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting set sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell travel packages to individuals, families, schools, and corporate organizations.
- Convert inquiries from phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media into successful sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell related services (flights + visas + insurance).
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client complaints and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Follow up with customers after sales for feedback and referrals.
3. Travel Support & Documentation
- Assist clients with the application process for visas, study abroad, and residence permits.
- Process reservations, ticketing, and package bookings accurately.
- Ensure all client documents are complete and compliant with relevant authorities.
4. Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and sales.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in presentations, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0–2 years’ experience in sales (preferably in the travel/tourism industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emails, and online communication tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₦65,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
