Taocars Nigeria, a leading automobile dealership, is looking for a Sales Marketer to drive both sales and brand visibility. If you're great at connecting with people, creating compelling campaigns, and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive car sales
- Promote vehicle models through digital campaigns, in-person events, and dealership promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers
- Manage social media channels and run targeted paid ads to boost engagement and inquiries
- Create and distribute promotional content (flyers, emails, ads, videos, etc.)
- Track performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI) and optimize strategies based on results
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or both (automotive experience is a big plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
