Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers and patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing products or services that meet their needs
- Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers and patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area or storefront
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs or discrepancies Uphold company policies and customer service standards at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory, or healthcare products is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
