? About the Role
Maisha Meds is driving digital health innovation across Africa by supporting private pharmacies and clinics with mobile business software that improves affordability, quality of care, and access to essential health services. As a Sales & Onboarding Contractor, you will play a frontline role in expanding this mission across Nigeria.
This is a flexible, part-time, and performance-based role designed for sales-driven individuals who are eager to make an impact while growing their careers in health-tech.
? Key Responsibilities
As a contractor, you will:

• Identify, engage, and refer pharmacies or clinics that would benefit from our digital platform.
• Close deals and manage onboarding, from first contact through to full adoption of the software.
• Conduct stock counts and deliver user training to facility staff.
• Support quality control checks and ensure a seamless handover to our internal support teams.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and activities, while being backed by a strong support system and performance-driven structure.
? Compensation and Incentives
This role offers a performance-based income structure with high earning potential. You’ll be rewarded for every milestone achieved:

• Fixed Activity-Based Payments;

₦20,000 per new facility onboarded
₦7,000 for each complete and high-quality stock count (must meet data quality score 85%)
₦5,000 for conducting training and participating in quality assurance calls

• Quarterly Milestone Bonuses:

Earn up to ₦250,000 in additional bonuses each quarter based on performance:
Bonuses are awarded based on number of facilities onboarded (10, 15, or 25+) and activity completion rates (90–98%+).
For example, if you onboard 25 facilities with 97%+ activity rate, you’ll earn a bonus of ₦250,000 on top of your monthly commissions.
