- We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team in Benin and Port Harcourt.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG or a similar sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside in Benin or Port Harcourt.
