We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Revenue Assurance Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Collaborate with Revenue Assurance to Identify technical challenges with Remit and deductions setup responsible for loan default
- Collaborate with Revenue Assurance to know customers account status with Remit
- To carry out action plans from monthly credit review of delinquent loans.
- Recovery of delinquent loans after credit review.
- ?Daily call memo to delinquent customers through phone calls, emails, or even in-person visits to discuss repayment options.
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors, considering their financial situation and aiming to recover the maximum amount possible.
- To do follow with debtors who have gone missing or not reachable.
- When necessary, liaise with legal to initiate legal proceedings to recover the debt
- Report recovery progress and rates weekly and monthly to the Risk department.
- Other duties assigned by the Head of Risk.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years as Revenue Assurance (Risk Unit) is essential
- Proven data analytics skills/experience is essential to have. Should be comfortable with excel, SQL, Power BI etc
- ?Experience working with remita and similar platforms, credit bureau, CBA is essential for the role
- ?Previous and proven usage of Microsoft office, accounting and core banking solutions is essential for the role holder
- ?Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills is required
- ?Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and part of a team, should be a self-starter
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
