Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently achieve individual and store-wide monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective store policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
- Oversee the store's inventory management, including product ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and product presentation are consistently aligned with the brand's image and seasonal trends.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance and meet sales targets.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Drive a customer-centric culture by setting high standards for personalized service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective clienteling strategies to build long-term relationships with customers. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance the store's operations, sales, and profitability.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of demonstrated expertise and cognate experience structured luxury/ grocery/fashion retail environment with strong sales and customer service exposure.
- Experience in retail sales in a retail store environment, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities
- Proficient in the use of retail technology, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software
- Passion for fashion, an eye for style, and a deep understanding of current and emerging trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
