Retail Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary:
We are looking for smart, energetic, and customer-centric Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, driving in-store sales, and creating a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Actively promote and sell products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure store displays and merchandising are visually appealing and up to date.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any field.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be smart, well-groomed, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in the use of POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Victoria Island, Lagos.
