We are looking for a talented, friendly and enthusiastic In-Store Sales Representative to join our team and provide an amazing shopping experience for our customers.
As an In-Store Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers, answering questions, making sales and packaging customers' orders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.
2. Process transactions: Operate Point of Sales software, handle payments, package orders and despatch accordingly.
3. Maintain store appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
4. Stay up-to-date on products: Familiarize yourself with our menu, ingredients, and promotions.
5. Work effectively in a team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
1. Candidates should possess a minimum of Higher National Diploma.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
5. Friendly and approachable demeanor
6. Pay close attention to details
7. Candidate must reside in or around Victoria Island
8. Must be able to work on Saturdays and holidays.
9. Should be willing to work with the company long term.
