Retail Sales Executive
Location: Abuja, FCT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking vibrant, customer-focused, and target-driven Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling products in-store, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive in-store sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and store policies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Process transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any field.
- At least 1 year experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be sales-oriented, confident, and persuasive.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
