Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving in-store sales, and ensuring an outstanding retail experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and pricing.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
- Maintain customer database and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer-oriented and sales-driven.
- Smart appearance and a friendly personality.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Port Harcourt.
