Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nigeria for a Regional Business Head. The Regional Business Head will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, including managing sales and distribution activities, formulating and implementing strategic plans, and leading team performance. Other responsibilities include conducting market analysis, improving logistics operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Distribution, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, Operational Improvement, and Team Leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet performance goals
• Experience in the consumer products industry, preferably within multi-national contexts
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields; Advanced degree is a plus
Extensive understanding of regional market trends and dynamics in Nigeria and surrounding countries
