Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Peckers Valley View Hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you'll provide exceptional customer service, handle front desk operations, and ensure a warm welcome for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
2. Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
3. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
4. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
5. Maintain front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦30,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Osogbo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
