Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling luxury real estate properties or high-end products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the performance of the regional sales team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Identify and target high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
- Lead the regional sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and implement campaigns that attract qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and attend property viewings, sales events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate or premium products.
- Strong network of HNWIs and experience in Abuja real estate or luxury market is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Results-driven with a strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
