Job Description
- Manage property acquisitions, developments, and sales.
- Liaise with developers, contractors, and legal consultants.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and best resale strategies.
- Handle property documentation, permits, and compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Membership of a recognized real estate professional body (e.g., NIESV, REDAN) is an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Integrity and transparency in handling transactions.
- Practical knowledge of building and construction processes.
- Recommend real estate investment opportunities to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Good financial and market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
