Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Product Manager located in Lekki. The Real Estate Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of real estate products, managing product lifecycle, conducting market research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include product strategy development, project management, competitor analysis, and ensuring that products meet regulatory standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, especially within the real estate sector
• Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and product lifecycle management
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance within the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software is a plus
