Additionally, the role entails conducting risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential project risks. The Quantity Surveyor is also responsible for measuring properties to delineate boundaries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Inspects and measures buildings to accurately quantify the volume of paint required for each project.
- Prepares a detailed bill of quantities that outlines project-specific cost estimates for the necessary work items.
- Collaborates with corporate sales and sales channels to determine the quantity and cost estimates of paint for projects.
- Conducts comprehensive risk analyses to identify potential factors that could negatively impact project success; reports identified risks and provides recommendations for mitigation, including the possibility of project termination if necessary.
- Partners with professional bodies (such as NIA) to market Berger Paint products.
- Educates painter forums (e.g., BPN Painters Forum, Lagos State Painters Forum) on product details and application techniques.
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with clients and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Cultivates relationships with professionals in the building and construction industry and maintains a database of relevant contacts.
- Prepares a detailed schedule of works for each project. Oversees project management activities by coordinating schedules, allocating resources, and maintaining stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in quantity surveying
