Job Position: Contract Manager

Role Description
- This full-time Contract Manager role is based on-site in Lagos.
- The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to the company's projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements.
- The role entails close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- The Contract Manager will also monitor contract performance and manage any arising issues or disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project Management,, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Contact acquisition and bid submission is a must
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) would be beneficial
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of contract compliance and performance management
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, license and statutory renewal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
