As we scale, we're seeking a seasoned property lawyer to join us in a strategic, long-term partnership capacity, helping to guide legal compliance, contracts, acquisitions, and risk management.
Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced, business-minded property lawyer who is interested in moving beyond a traditional legal role into a collaborative business relationship. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and ready to build something impactful alongside our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and draft real estate contracts, lease agreements, and purchase/sale documentation
- Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions
- Provide expert legal advice on zoning, land use, title, and regulatory issues
- Assist with dispute resolution and contract enforcement
- Advise on legal risk and strategic decision-making
- Act as an internal legal counsel and strategic partner
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 2+ years of experience in real estate/property law
- Licensed to practice in Nigeria
- Strong background in transactional real estate law
- Experience with commercial and residential deals
- Ability to collaborate with business-minded professionals
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in partnership-level involvement
