We are looking for a proactive, smart, and dedicated Project Manager to join our remote team and take ownership of strategic projects, team performance, and execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, structure, and results.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Project & Operations Management
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects across marketing, partnerships, and travel initiatives.
- Build and maintain project timelines, task systems, and reporting dashboards. Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects such as blog content, newsletters, affiliate programs, and partnerships.
Team Coordination, Hiring & People Management
- Translate brand OKRs into actionable KPIs for team members.
- Lead recruitment processes — including drafting job descriptions, screening, interviews, onboarding, and knowledge transfers.
- Monitor weekly task progress, track recurring issues, and lead structured team meetings. Manage performance reviews, feedback, and growth plans to keep the team aligned and motivated.
Partnerships & Monetization
- Manage outreach to affiliates, B2B brands, and partnership opportunities.
- Support execution of monetization strategies (affiliate links, service packages, UGC campaigns, community building). Oversee service offering documents, proposals, and client-ready materials.
Systems & SOP Development
- Create and refine internal SOPs, guides, and manuals to improve efficiency.
- Maintain structured processes for employment guidelines, workflows, and knowledge transfer. Continuously optimize tools and systems to enhance productivity across the team.
Strategic Execution & Reporting
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives and delegate next steps.
- Prepare performance reviews, project updates, and reports to track progress toward goals. Anticipate roadblocks, solve problems proactively, and keep leadership focused on high-level priorities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or people management (startup or agency experience a plus).
- Proven ability to hire, onboard, and manage remote teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with remote collaboration and digital tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.Interest in travel, lifestyle, or creative industries preferred.
