About the Role
Our client, a leading event design and production consultancy in the professional and technical services sector, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale events and experiential projects. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to flawless execution and post-event review.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across production, lighting, sound, staging, and design.
Serve as the main client liaison, providing excellent communication and relationship management.
Anticipate risks, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong project planning, budgeting, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and knowledge of event production logistics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Resilient under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
Experience & Qualifications
HND/BSc degree required.
Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience, ideally in events, production, or experiential marketing.
PMP, or related certification is an added advantage.
