About The Job
To lead and manage the project related to Danone/Fanmilk AFCON sponsorship , ensuring strategic alignment, brand visibility, employees & consumers engagement and maximize ROI through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
About You
The candidate will have

• Strong project management and event coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of sports marketing, sponsorship rights, and activation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to analyze data and present insights on sponsorship performance.
• Creative thinking with a passion for sports and fan engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in sports sponsorships, brand partnerships, or event marketing.
• Experience working with agencies, media, sport sponsorship, project management outfits
Familiarity with broadcast rights, digital sponsorship assets, and hospitality programs.
