M-P Infrastructure Limited is a leading infrastructure development and management company with key focus on ICT, Renewable Energy, Power, Water, Technology, Oil/Gas, Real Estate, etc. and offering the entire value chain of solutions from Audit, design and construction, to operation and maintenance across several industries.
We currently seek to hire a financially savvy, dynamic and result driven Project Development Lead who will drive the full spectrum operation in a large-scale real estate development project, specifically a new city development. This role combines technical planning, financial modeling, commercial deal structuring, and stakeholder coordination to convert land assets into high-impact, revenue-generating developments.
This role requires a strong blend of technical, financial, and business development skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities, therefore, the ideal candidate must bring a strong balance of financial modelling insight, investment fluency, business development and project management discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Project Management: Engage with technical consultants, manage project scope, and ensure timely delivery of scope deliverables.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage project development budgets, financial modeling, and analysis.
- Business Development : Interface with financiers, investors, and prospects, drive sales and marketing strategy.
- Government Relations : Interface with federal and state government agencies, regulators.
- Project Oversight: Oversee technical implementation, such as infrastructure development.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Financial Modeling: Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis, preferably in big-ticket real estate development projects.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, new product development, and project management.
- Sales and Marketing: Ability to develop a new brand from scratch, good sales and marketing skills.
- Communication: C-level communication experience, ability to present to decision-makers.
- Revenue Generation : Experience with revenue-generating targets.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc degree in Finance, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Additional Qualifications: MBA and Project Management qualifications are preferred. Experience: Minimum 13 years of work experience in finance/accounting, preferrably in the real estate sector
