We're Hiring: Production & Operations Coordinator – Yola, Nigeria
Are you an organized, proactive, and experienced professional looking to take ownership of production and operations in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Production & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Yola!
? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire production process from end to end, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
Attend daily operational meetings, providing concise reports and updates on ongoing activities.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, ensuring proper usage and restocking of materials as well as warehouse management.
Supervise personnel involved in production and operations to ensure high performance and accountability.
Coordinate and support intra-state sales efforts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in production, operations, or supply chain coordination or the ability to learn very fast.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and report in structured daily meetings.
Familiarity with inventory management tools and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Salary: Salary is competitive
Must be based in Yola.
