Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and recruiting top talent. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional leadership and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management
• Recruit, train, and manage sales teams (foot soldiers) to achieve sales goals
• Attend meetings to provide sales updates and insights
• Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and support to sales teams to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the rice sector
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong recruitment and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be conversant with rice sales in the FCT
