Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Translate concepts and strategies from the Project Owner into clear product features, epics, and user stories.
- Co-develop and refine product ideas, user journeys, and scope.
- Exercise delegated decision-making authority — signing off independently on most product matters, escalating only key strategic issues.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring high-value features are delivered first.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordination with design and development teams.
- Review deliverables, validate outputs, and approve what is production-ready.
- Act as the communication bridge between the Project Owner, dev team, design team, and external advisors.
- Provide structured feedback, product insights, and recommendations to guide direction. Act as a decision-making partner to the Project Owner.
Requirements:
- Experience as Product Manager/Product Owner/BA in SaaS or startups.
- Strong Agile/Scrum background.
- Analytical, decisive, and comfortable owning product direction.
- Tools: Jira, Notion, Airtable, Figma, Slack.
