The Opportunity:

As a Product and Operational Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of product vision and operational excellence. You will contribute to shaping the direction of our digital products while simultaneously optimizing the processes that bring them to life. This unique internship offers a chance to develop a holistic understanding of how impactful technology is conceived, built, and delivered efficiently, ensuring our work truly serves the community with Ihsan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Needs: Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and market opportunities, translating insights into clear product requirements and contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Optimize Operations: Identify opportunities to streamline internal workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall operational health of our product development and delivery cycles.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between product, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Champion Agile Practices: Support the implementation and refinement of Agile/Scrum methodologies, fostering transparency and continuous improvement within our teams.
  • Manage Resources & Tools: Assist in the efficient allocation of resources and leverage modern product and operations management software to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on key metrics.
  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential product and operational risks, contributing to strategies that keep initiatives on track and maintain our commitment to Amanah.

  • You possess a blend of strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for both product innovation and operational efficiency.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, highly organized, and thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
  • You have a foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle and are eager to learn about product management principles and operational best practices.
  • Prior experience with product or operations management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira) or relevant coursework is a significant advantage.
