Job Summary
We’re seeking a qualified Printer and Scanner Engineer to join our technical support team, responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting a range of imaging equipment including multifunction printers, laser printers, document scanners, and related peripherals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain various types of printers, scanners, and multifunction imaging devices
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including mechanical and electronic faults
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Respond to support requests and resolve printer/scanner-related issues promptly (on-site or remotely)
- Keep accurate service logs and documentation of all repairs and installations
- Provide training and technical guidance to users on the correct use of equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement and technical updates Adhere to all safety, security, and service protocols while working on customer premises
Requirements:
- OND/HND or BSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with imaging systems and networking basics
- Proficient in Windows, macOS, and mobile print configuration
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service orientation
- Certification in printer/scanner technology is a plus (e.g., Ricoh, HP, Fujitsu)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and software faults across various models
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients across Nigeria
- Document service reports and maintain client equipment logs
