Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Cook, located in Lagos. The Chinese Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The individual will plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff, following recipes accurately, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

• Proficient in cooking a wide range of Chinese dishes
• Ability to plan menus and manage food inventory
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is advantageous
