Job Description
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and capabilities:

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects
  • Develop and maintain systems for efficient workflow
  • Liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification: B.Sc.
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting and auditing systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
