Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a Managing Director, handling both personal (75%) and professional (25%) responsibilities. This virtual role requires high-level organization, adaptability, and discretion in managing diverse tasks.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Scheduling: Manage household and professional appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Communication and Coordination: Screen phone calls, organize household logistics, and execute personal errands.
  • Project and Event Management: Oversee special projects, organize events, and track budgets.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Availability: Work during business hours but remain reachable via phone/WhatsApp on weekends.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • HND in any field of study
  • Proficient and fluent in English intelligent
  • Good-natured
  • Self driven hardworking and good communication skills
  • Age range between 27-35 years of age
