We’re looking for a strategic People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team at Finchglow Holdings, a leading player in the travel & tourism industry.
What You’ll Do:

• Drive HR strategy using data and insights
• Build impactful learning & development programs
• Champion employee engagement, growth, and retention
• Support leadership with workforce planning and analytics

Added Advantage: Travel sector experience or certifications
Preferred Certifications: CIPM | SHRM | PHRi
