What You’ll Do
As an Order Fulfillment Representative at Naxawellness, you’ll ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, working closely with logistics to guarantee smooth deliveries.
- Process Orders: Verify, package, and coordinate dispatch of customer orders.
- Track Deliveries: Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and update customers.
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock accuracy and flag low-stock items.
- Customer Support: Handle order inquiries and ensure a seamless fulfillment experience.
- Reporting: Maintain records and suggest process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1-2 years in Order Fulfillment, Logistics, or E-commerce.
✅ Strong attention to detail to prevent order errors.
✅ Excellent communication to engage with customers and delivery partners.
✅ Tech-savvy, comfortable using order tracking tools.
✅ Highly organized with strong time management skills.
