• Meet or exceed order fulfillment targets, including accuracy and timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
